I especially like the background here: the turbulent composition and the loose rendering. The drapery is cool, too.
The foreground figure's left leg bothers me a bit. I realize she's on tiptoe, but because her heel is almost hidden the top of her foot appears to be more of her shin. Maybe a twist of the ankle would clear it up?
Excellent use of warm colors here. The palette sort of reminds me of Frazetta. Very nice details on the characters although I like how it doesn't seem rendered to death. The perspective is kind of interesting and seems to border a bit on unrealistic (the horizon line seems to be near the character's feet and yet they are not depicted in a particularly extreme perspective such as 'worm's eye view') but it's persuasive enough to not really be an issue. It kind of lends a fantastic charm to the picture.
