And I love how it's not just the character that's the focus of the painting! I'd really like to be able to do something similar in my own works someday! ....If you don't mind me asking, do you have any tips on getting better at drawing backgrounds/environments, and on how to make it so the character isn't the focus of the painting, but also doesn't get lost in it?
